Robert Pattinson<\/a> has revealed that a dancing scene in his upcoming movie, Mickey 17, <\/a>gave him a ‘mental breakdown’.<\/p>\n

In promotion for his new film with filmmaker  Bong Joon-Ho, the Twilight actor and  Parasite<\/a> and Snowpiercer<\/a> director sat down to discuss their upcoming project.<\/p>\n

‘It seems to be it almost every movie, apart from Mickey 17, there’s some moment where they’re like “Now here’s the dancing scene,’ he told his director <\/p>\n

He added that dancing on set was ‘my equivalent of Mickey’s life, where you’re just like living a hell every day.’ <\/p>\n

He then told a story about his upcoming movie, Lynne Ramsay\u2019s thriller, Die, My Love, alongside Jennifer Lawrence<\/a>.<\/p>\n

‘I did this movie with Lynne Ramsay, and she\u2019s a really good dancer. And Jennifer Lawrence is a really good dancer. They just find it so easy. They\u2019re like, “Just dance, it\u2019s just music playing, just dance,” he told Bong during an interview with GQ<\/a>.<\/p>\n

‘I was like, “I\u2019m going to have a mental breakdown when this happens. We need to either choreograph it or cut it.” <\/p>\n

‘And they\u2019re like, “No, just dance, stop being a little freak.” <\/p>\n

‘It came to the day, and I was sweating so much, the insides of my trousers, with sweat, were wet.’<\/p>\n

He laughed at the director’s shocked face and added, ‘That’s a little exaggeration.’ <\/p>\n

play Mickey Barnes, a man who agrees to work as an \u2018expendable\u2019 for a new human colony in space.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, he failed to read the fine print and realise that this means he does all the most dangerous work and is cloned and brought back to life every time he dies. <\/p>\n<p>While promoting the blockbuster, Robert told <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2025\/02\/14\/robert-pattinson-thrilled-shocked-finally-a-bunch-guys-fervent-fanbase-22557100\/\">PA Agency that he would have previously been frightened of this role<\/a>. \u2018This is a role that I would have been probably quite afraid of a few years ago,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018What I love is that I\u2019m approaching my job as a practice.
