href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/john-bishop\/\">John Bishop<\/a> is the latest comedian to hit headlines for suffering rowdy hecklers while trying to perform a live show. <\/p>\n<p>On Thursday the comedian, 58, was forced to contend with ‘drunk’ front row audience members, one of which was said to<a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2024\/07\/31\/comedians-seeing-a-sinister-violent-shift-uk-audiences-21327882\/\"> have become aggressive<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>When they wouldn’t stop talking through his set John repeatedly told them to be quiet or else leave the Devon theatre.<\/p>\n<p>‘This is a live show, okay?’ John can be heard telling the audience members in a video of the incident, which took place during one of his recent <a href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/2024\/09\/12\/john-bishop-exceptional-ditch-boring-wife-jokes-21593828\/\">Back At It shows.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>‘See them, them and them, they all have as much right as you to enjoy the show,’ he continued, pointing at other individual audience members in frustration at the man and woman. <\/p>\n<p>A woman is then seen leaving the theatre while swearing at the audience over a chorus of boos. The 58-year-old made his feelings known by consistently asking them to stop speaking. According to other audience members, the comedian eventually requested that they leave the theatre. The man allegedly gestured towards Bishop in an aggressive manner before he was grabbed by security. He was escorted out of the show. Comic Bishop was heard speaking to them and said: ?They all have as much right as you do to enjoy the show.? He then waved at the woman before security escorted her out and said, ?See you then.? The room applauded the comedian while jeering at the woman leaving the gig, as reported by NeedToKnow. The incident took place at the Princess Theatre in Torquay during Bishop?s Back At It tour last Thursday (27 March).
